Following the provisions in order to prevent the spread of Covid-19, all performances until 3 December 2020 are suspended.
The Box Office of Teatro alla Scala will be closed from Friday 6th November.
For tickets purchased online on www.teatroallascala.org or www.ticketone.it, you will receive a further and more detailed communication detailing the refund methods, which can be a direct reimbursement on the credit card used for payment (if no voucher was used in the transaction) or a bank transfer (in case a voucher was totally or partially used in the transaction).
For tickets purchased at the Box Office of Teatro alla Scala (Largo Ghiringhelli 1) you must send an email with a refund request, photo or scan of the tickets to be refunded and their bank details (Bank, IBAN, owner’s name and surname) within 30 November 2020 to lascalarisponde@fondazionelascala.it.
