NEW SUBSCRIPTIONS
New subscriptions to the Teatro alla Scala seasons can be purchased:
• online
• at the TIcket Office, Largo Ghiringhelli 1 – Milan, open Monday to Saturday from 10.30 am to 6 pm and on Sundays from 12 noon to 6 pm.
• by email, sending a request for the desired series, number of seats and seat category to abbonamento@fondazionelascala.it. The Ticket OFfice will check the availability and reply with a seating proposal and indication on how to complete the payment.
A maximum number of 6 subscription seats can be purchased by each client.
Boxes can be booked in subscription only entirely (except for UNDER30 Subscriptions).
Libero UNDER30 Subscriptions can be purchased only online.
The booking and payment of subscriptions can be done exclusively by the holder of the subscription or by someone expressively delegated by him/her.
Payment methods
Online, by:
- by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, JCB, Union Pay);
- through the PagoInConto service for Intesa SanPaolo clients.
A 3% fee (up to a maximum of 150 €) is charged by the service provider TIcketOne on subscription booked online.
At the Theatre's Ticket Office, by:
- cash, in euro, for transactions under 3.000 euro (Law n. 208 of 28 December 2015);
- by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, JCB, Union Pay);
- by bank draft signed by the owner of the subscription.
Subscription delivery
Subscriptions purchased at the Ticket Office are directly hand-delivered to the subscriber (one season ticket for each seat).
Subscriptions requested by email or fax are sent to the address indicated by the client starting from September 2019.
Libero UNDER30 Subscriptions are not released as season tickets, rather as email vouchers for the purchase of single tickets on the dedicated web platform.
The online clients of Intesa Sanpaolo have the right of first refusal on new subscriptions until 31st July 2019. For information: www.group.intesasanpaolo.com
